About the Role

The Business Development Representative role is designed as a springboard for ambitious, money-motivated individuals ready to launch their careers in tech sales. We believe the best sales professionals are built on the front lines, solving problems and hustling daily rather than starting in boardrooms.

In this position, you will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with prospective clients in need of IT managed services. Your day-to-day will focus on generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and fostering new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets. Whether you are a recent graduate or looking to make a name for yourself, this role offers a path where your ambition is rewarded and your future is in your hands. You will work within a collaborative team that supports your development, helping you elevate your career while contributing to the company's mission.
