About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist who is energized by building connections through meaningful interactions with current and prospective customers. As a member of a local team, you will provide essential financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. Your mission is to elevate customer relationships, attract new business, and grow AFC revenue while carefully balancing risk.

In this role, you will use critical thinking to assess business situations and make decisions with minimal oversight. You will leverage CRM tools to understand customer needs, manage existing accounts, and drive new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-faceted environment, balancing the autonomy to work independently with the collaborative spirit of a team. You will be expected to frequently travel within the Charleston, WV market and assigned territory to support our dealer base.
