Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a high-volume Zendesk ticket queue to provide timely solutions for private operators
- check_circleExecute account updates including rate changes, ACH information updates, and new parking zone creation
- check_circleConduct client training to ensure property owners are comfortable navigating the ParkMobile dashboard
- check_circleCollaborate with the Account Management team to identify proactive ways to assist clients
