This position is designed for a sales professional who thrives on ownership and relationship building. You will own the full sales cycle, moving qualified opportunities from discovery through to signed engagement. Your day will involve leading discovery conversations to understand a prospect's business structure and growth objectives, then presenting service proposals that guide them toward a decision.
You will not rely on handed leads; instead, you will self-generate pipeline through proactive outbound outreach, networking, and industry events. The role requires you to sell consultatively, positioning Accruity's services as strategic solutions rooted in clarity rather than pressure. You will manage a clean, accountable pipeline within our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation at every stage.
Collaboration is key to your success. You will partner with internal leadership to structure pricing and scope, and work closely with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure a seamless handoff from signed engagement to implementation. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership from start to finish, invests deeply in relationships, and treats excellence as a baseline rather than a goal.
