We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help support vital engineering and science initiatives at visionary companies under our Actalent brand, or corporate companies under our Aston Carter brand. If you are enthusiastic about partnering with companies that are making an impact, this might be a great match.
In this role, you will partner with sales and delivery teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. You will research and build call sheets of targeted customers, conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling and social media outreach, and qualify inbound leads. Your day will involve identifying new customers, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. You will continuously learn about our services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to increase sales and market share through newly generated accounts.
