About the Role
Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., a leader in commercial real estate due diligence, is seeking a full-time Zoning Researcher. This role exists to support the efficient completion of high-quality reports by managing the critical flow of zoning data and municipal documentation. You will be the bridge between our internal teams and municipalities nationwide, ensuring that every project has the accurate, verified information needed to meet client deadlines. In this position, you will work as part of a collaborative team, utilizing your organizational skills to navigate complex property files and zoning ordinances while maintaining a high standard of detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMaintain databases, logs, and spreadsheets to manage workload

- check_circleConduct internet-based research of GIS Maps, online property files, and Zoning Ordinances
- check_circleObtain, track, and manage documents while verifying their accuracy

Requirements
- verified1+ years of zoning experience
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
- verifiedProficiency in Internet search engines (Google, Bing)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with land use and zoning principles. Ability to read and interpret zoning ordinances. Ability to read and interpret ALTA surveys.
