About the Role
The Yard Equipment Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials using forklifts and other specialized equipment. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that steel joists, girders, and other materials are handled with precision and care. You will work directly with the team to load and rig materials on trailers, assist with shop logistics, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to adapt to regular, flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required.
Compensation & Incentives
New employees can potentially earn $58,000 in total compensation for a 50-hour work week. This figure includes the base rate, overtime, and production bonuses. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn extra through referral bonuses and mentoring incentives.
