You will play a critical role in the flow of materials, ensuring that our packaging lines run smoothly and that our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
This role is scheduled for the 1st shift, running Monday through Thursday from 6:45 PM to 5:15 AM. Overtime may be required as needed to support production goals. The position offers a competitive rate of $27.65/hour plus a $0.55/hour shift differential.
You will be working in a manufacturing plant environment. This setting involves working around moving mechanical parts, exposure to airborne particles, and proximity to motorized vehicles. The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform various physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
Food safety is at the core of our operations. As a team member, you are responsible for reporting any food safety or quality issues immediately to personnel with the authority to initiate action. You must adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), maintain rigorous cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and ensure all food safety and quality records are completed accurately and on time. Following all appropriate equipment cleaning procedures is also a key part of your daily responsibilities.
