In this role, you will perform job duties with direction from the Production Manager and Shift Supervisor. You will observe and handle all raw materials (preforms, resins, colors, corrugation, etc.) and finished goods being staged or produced. Your focus will be on maintaining standard housekeeping in accordance with Third Party regulations.
You will assist with the operation of downstream equipment and may help with the packing of finished goods under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This position requires constant visual attention to discern flaws in materials and finished goods (containers). Additionally, you must have completed in-house or company forklift certification.
This role involves exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. You must be able to lift 40–45 pounds above the head frequently and 45–50 pounds above the head occasionally.
