This position is designed to support the store team in delivering a best-in-class experience for customers. You will provide great support to both customers and the store team while constantly striving for improvement. Your day will involve maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring stores are clean, and keeping back-of-house spaces tight and organized. You will work on straightforward tasks using established procedures to ensure excited customers return to learn more about our offerings.
You will be a go-to resource with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially our company products and services. Your role involves constantly scanning the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning. You will greet customers during busy moments, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant in a timely manner, and be prepared to demonstrate company technology to new customers to ensure they understand the basics.
You will frequently check and inspect the back of the store for clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory, assisting with receiving inventory and properly stocking the back of house to store standards. You will help the leadership team by conducting the weekly cycle count process and looking for opportunities to improve the store count process. You are expected to know current processes and procedures and suggest improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience.
