We are partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized commercial cleaning franchise organization to hire a Commercial Cleaning Account Manager. This is a highly consultative, field-based role focused on coaching, supporting, and developing independent business owners to ensure exceptional service quality and best-in-class customer retention.
This role is approximately 80% in the field and 20% in-office. You will serve as a vital liaison between franchise business owners and the broader organization, conducting regular on-site brand standard audits and proactive site visits to identify performance successes or issues. The position requires a solution-oriented mindset to drive timely resolutions and support business owners with customer retention strategies and professional communication.
You will act as a mentor, coaching business owners through business planning sessions and providing technical training on operations such as strip & wax, carpet extraction, and buffing. While the role includes administrative documentation and on-call support, the core mission is to foster strong, trusted relationships within your assigned territory to help business owners grow revenue.
The position is based in the Dayton / Greater Cincinnati Area with a regional office in Blue Ash, OH. It offers a balanced schedule with daytime hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) and includes a company vehicle, gas card, and company-provided technology (laptop, tablet, and cell phone).
