We are seeking a motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing Omaha team. In this role, you will be the key player in maintaining high-quality service delivery and boosting client satisfaction. You will partner with Independent Contractors to ensure excellence across a variety of facility types, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail spaces.
As a detail-oriented problem solver, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you make an impact every day. Your day will involve developing productive relationships with contractors, reviewing scope of work to ensure quality assurance, and managing inspections, customer complaints, and new client starts. You will also serve as an emergency support person and troubleshoot janitorial cleaning equipment. This position requires the ability to travel within the Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan territory and the willingness to jump in and clean when needed.
