About the Role

The Franchise Development Manager (FDM) serves as a vital bridge between Coverall and our Franchise Owners (FBOs), providing technical and strategic support to ensure alignment with brand standards. In this role, you will exercise discretion to allocate new and existing commercial cleaning customers to FBOs based on their suitability for specific geographies and scopes of work. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating FBOs on recognizing opportunities to grow their business through additional Special Services and new customer sales.

As a subject matter expert in Coverall's Core 4 process—including Hard Floor Care, Specialty Floor Care, Window Cleaning, and on-demand services—you will guide FBOs in implementing systems and processes designed to maximize efficiency and profitability. You will also provide technical training to Coverall employees and lead the onboarding of all new Franchise Owners through the "First Year Journey" program. In some situations, you may act in place of the General Manager, overseeing the operation and management of the local support center, including franchise sales and daily operations.
