We are seeking a Workplace Specialist to lead daily workplace operations at our Augusta site while providing vendor-driven management support for our Florence and Louisville locations. This role is designed to ensure consistent workplace standards, strong service performance, and seamless operational support across all three facilities.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Health & Safety, local maintenance teams, and People Business Partners to identify operational gaps and align vendor relationships. A key part of your mission is to act as the main point of contact for facility buildouts and renovations, supporting strategic and day-to-day initiatives that enhance the industrial work environment. Reporting to the Workplace Manager – Industrial NAM, you will partner closely with site leadership to resolve issues and maintain high-quality employee experiences across the board.
Please note that this role requires travel to other manufacturing facilities to ensure consistent standards and vendor performance.

Strong understanding of industrial workplace compliance standards (e.g., OSHA). Proficient in facility operations software and Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with GMP, SAP, IWMS, Ariba, or workplace ticketing. Certifications in Workplace Management, project management, or continuous improvement.
