About the Role
As a Workface Planning Manager within the Construction function, you will facilitate inputs into the project's Workface Planning program. Your primary focus will be on constraint removal, strategizing the execution of field work, ensuring detailed construction input is represented in project systems, and coordinating across EPC functions to maintain alignment with the field execution strategy. You will lead and mentor subordinates on Advanced Work Packaging concepts, providing supervision to Discipline Workface Planners and ensuring that assigned construction operations and subcontractors perform within specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInput to 90-day and 3-week lookahead by Installation Work Package ensuring Level 4 schedule accuracy
- check_circleEstablish metrics and dashboards to monitor Workface Planning program performance
- check_circleProvide supervision to Discipline Workface Planners and mentor subordinates on Advanced Work Packaging
- check_circleCoordinate with EPC automation personnel to configure BSAPs to support IWP execution
- check_circleRelay construction priorities upstream to prioritize engineering and procurement deliverables
- check_circleSet priorities and delegate workface planning activities with Area Superintendent and Area Manager
- check_circleTrack readiness and drive removal of constraints at pre-construction intervals of 150, 90, and 3 days
- check_circleEnsure current design documents are used and all design changes are approved prior to implementation
Requirements

Nice to Have
