Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive product direction for Eloqua to improve scalability, governance, and campaign orchestration
- check_circleTranslate enterprise GTM strategy into scalable product capabilities and operational workflows
- check_circleConduct continuous product discovery through stakeholder interviews and data-driven analysis
- check_circleDefine clear success metrics and KPIs to measure business outcomes and product impact
- check_circleFacilitate workshops, requirement definition, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- check_circleBuild trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making
- check_circleDefine and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ABX, Conversational AI, and Marketing Automation platforms
- check_circleLead the evolution of the ABX ecosystem including buying groups, intent data, and pipeline attribution
- check_circleServe as the connective layer between business stakeholders, engineering, and data teams
- check_circleOwn deployment and optimization strategy for conversational AI solutions like Qualified
Requirements
- verified8+ years of Product Management experience
- verifiedExperience in enterprise SaaS, Marketing Technology, Sales Technology, or Revenue Technology
- verifiedStrong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM/ABX)
- verifiedStrong understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms
- verifiedStrong understanding of Conversational AI / chat engagement platforms
- verifiedExperience with Engineering teams, Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations
- verifiedAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives across complex enterprise environments
- verifiedExperience defining KPIs, product success metrics, and operational reporting
- verifiedWork authorization to work remotely from within the US
Nice to Have
Experience with Eloqua, Qualified, Salesforce, 6sense, and revenue intelligence and attribution platforms. Familiarity with contact-centric GTM models and buying group strategies. Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM environments. Knowledge of AI-driven engagement and personalization strategies.
