About the Role

This position is designed to support solutions-based projects within the organization, serving as a critical bridge between client strategy and internal execution. You will manage project activities, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure deliverables are paced and timed to meet client specifications. The role requires a deep commitment to operational excellence, fostering an environment of urgency, professionalism, and high-quality execution across cross-functional teams.

A key aspect of this position is its client-facing nature. You will be responsible for maintaining positive, productive relationships with key client contacts while communicating frequently and clearly about the progress of engagements. This role supports a specific client located near Des Moines, and success in this position requires a willingness and ability to work at the client site a minimum of three days per week.
