The Project Coordinator role is designed to work directly with and report to Project Managers, leading and facilitating multiple concurrent projects from concept development through construction and handover. Working in partnership with the Project Management Office (or Engineering/Construction Department), this role ensures all projects meet expected outcomes, comply with federal, state, and local codes, and are completed on schedule and within budget. The position serves as a key point of contact between internal and external partners, coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel while providing dedicated management and oversight of contractors.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of project plans, budgets, and schedules. You will manage contractors and consultants under the supervision of management, coordinate directly with agencies and property owners, and maintain complete project documentation within management systems. Your day-to-day involves attending and leading coordination and progress meetings, advising project managers on project-related matters, and supporting the administration of contracts. You will track and report project progress using project management tools, identify and escalate risks or delays, and assist in managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoice approvals to ensure cost control.

From the delivery of high-performance and reliable services to the provision of exceptional customer care, the Company never loses track of the idea that value is built one customer interaction at a time.
