The Department of General Services (DGS) is dedicated to service excellence across the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business QA Analyst to join our Information Systems & Services (ISS) division. This role serves as a vital liaison between ISS and various business units, ensuring that technical solutions effectively meet complex business needs.
As a Business QA Analyst, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you solve complex business problems through technical analysis. You will act as a key connector, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system improvements. Your day-to-day involves documenting requirements, creating test plans, and executing scripts for system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. You will also participate in system refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and support disaster recovery planning to ensure compatibility with modern technologies. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the systems that support the Commonwealth's operations.
