About the Role

As a Product Owner II, you will serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and our software delivery teams. Your mission is to identify, organize, prioritize, and assess work to ensure the successful execution of development projects. You will focus on defining outcomes rather than just solutions, translating product initiatives into clear functional requirements and user stories.

In this hybrid role based at our Corporate Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, you will facilitate communication across multiple departments, working closely with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, and QA professionals. You will help define what should be built and why, ensuring that the team understands the value behind every feature. This position offers a 50% in-office schedule, fostering a collaborative environment where you can directly support the team's growth and success.
