The Release Train Engineer serves as the facilitator and coordinator for Agile Release Train activities. This role is critical for ensuring alignment across multiple development teams while managing program-level execution and delivery timelines. You will be the driving force behind removing impediments, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and championing continuous improvement practices. Your goal is to enable predictable, high-quality software releases at scale, ensuring that platform engineering solutions are delivered seamlessly.

Current SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification; SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other advanced SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)); Knowledge and/or experience with DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Lean-Agile Budgeting; Knowledge of other scaling models or Agile approaches (LeSS, Nexus, Kanban, XP, etc.); Previous experience in the financial services or commodities/energy sector.
