We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Analyst to serve as the primary expert for our internal users in Iselin, NJ. This onsite position is critical for maintaining optimal system performance and ensuring seamless enterprise integrations across our Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft solutions.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for complex technical issues, diagnosing and resolving incidents while documenting solutions for future reference. You will partner closely with business users and development teams to translate technical concepts, participate in release management, and drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and staying current with the latest Salesforce releases.
