Physical Work Environment
This role operates within an indoor business office and construction environment with a moderate noise level. The position requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. Employees are frequently required to stand and walk, regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The role may also require carrying and climbing ladders to 20 feet, operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs, and working in tight and confined spaces. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure and expand business opportunities
- check_circleDevelop mobilization and resource plans for project start-up
- check_circleManage project scheduling to control costs and meet contract requirements
- check_circleManage subcontractor and vendor relationships to streamline project activities
- check_circleMonitor installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- check_circlePartner with QA/QC teams to ensure specifications are achieved per client quality plans
- check_circleRepresent the company in client project meetings and provide progress reports
- check_circleCoordinate project close-outs and manage customer acceptance and signoff

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED with experience required, associate or bachelors degree preferred
- verifiedCertified PMP preferred
- verifiedBICSI RCDD Certification preferred
- verifiedBICSI RTPM Certification preferred
- verifiedOSHA 30 certified preferred
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience in commercial and/or data center construction and project management
- verifiedExperience managing large scale client projects with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts
- verifiedProduct experience with Panduit, CommScope, Corning, and others
- verifiedExperience managing large projects (1+ million) and service contracts
- verifiedProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
