About the Role
The Project Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for managing the Service Provider Network, a critical component of our International Growth Strategy. This unique position exists to ensure that service providers are strategically positioned globally, increasing operational fleet readiness for both foreign and domestic customers.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, service providers, and internal cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day involves planning, leading, and executing medium to large-scale projects from initiation through closeout. You will navigate complex international landscapes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and rigorous government contract and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires a blend of cultural sensitivity, risk mitigation, and the ability to drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant experience
- verifiedAbility to travel up to 15%
- verifiedPMP or CAPM certification preferred
- verifiedExperience in government or defense contracting; familiarity with FAR/DFARS
- verifiedProficient with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- verifiedStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA) and reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau
- verifiedKnowledge in E1 and/or ERP systems
- verifiedUnderstanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or CMMI frameworks
