The Project Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for managing the Service Provider Network, a critical component of our International Growth Strategy. This unique position exists to ensure that service providers are strategically positioned globally, increasing operational fleet readiness for both foreign and domestic customers.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, service providers, and internal cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day involves planning, leading, and executing medium to large-scale projects from initiation through closeout. You will navigate complex international landscapes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and rigorous government contract and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires a blend of cultural sensitivity, risk mitigation, and the ability to drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

PMP or CAPM certification. Experience in government or defense contracting; familiarity with FAR/DFARS. Proficient with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA) and reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge in E1 and/or ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or CMMI frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complete project lifecycles. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint.
