As a recognized authority and leading contributor, you will provide consistent, innovative, and high-quality solution leadership. This role is responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.
You will analyze business needs to ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applying Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, you will minimize Oracle's risk and exposure. You will exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements, while providing direction and mentoring to the project team.
In this position, you will effectively influence decisions at the management level of customer organizations, ensuring deliverables are acceptable and working closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. You will also support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, collaborating with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Additionally, you will manage the scope of medium-sized projects, including the recovery of remedial projects.
