As a Clinical Consultant, you will partner with federal clients to drive the design of clinical and business processes, solution workflows, and successful adoption that leads to achieved value. You will manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise to ensure success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach, you will assist in change management, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide customers through workflow reviews to achieve the project's targeted outcomes.
This role requires an experienced clinical professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions to guide customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to the adoption of the electronic health record. You will coordinate the integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change, and provide change management consulting to ensure organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. The position engages with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams. Please note that this role can require 50% - 60% travel.
