About the Role

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer to deliver and continuously improve training programs supporting large-scale EHR implementations and adoption efforts, particularly in Federal environments. This role blends advanced clinical training delivery with consulting-grade workflow expertise and select back-end/build knowledge to ensure end users are prepared, confident, and productive at go-lives and beyond.

You will partner with Design Learning Consultants to review and update training content, applying adult learning principles to improve learner engagement. As a subject matter expert in a specific specialty (such as Inpatient Nursing, Oncology, Pharmacy, Perioperative/Anesthesia, Revenue Cycle, or Registration), you will support change management by identifying gaps and resistance points. Your day will involve delivering training across multiple skill levels, coaching other trainers, and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement. You will also leverage deeper solution knowledge to explain system behavior and workflow interdependencies to both clinical and operational audiences.
