The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between educational strategy and execution within the clinical education team. This position is designed to ensure that educational activities are not only well-organized and compliant with regulatory agencies but also accessible and perfectly aligned with the development goals of clinical staff.
In this role, you will apply technical expertise to support digital learning initiatives while utilizing hands-on organizational skills to manage the logistical complexities of in-person learning events. You will be the operational backbone that allows faculty and system leaders to focus on content and strategy, ensuring that the right courses reach the right audiences and that all learning data is accurately tracked and reported.
A Day in the Life
Your work will span both the digital and physical learning environments. You will collaborate with ministry leaders to vet and assign courses, manage local user enrollments, and troubleshoot technical issues within the Learning Management System (LMS). When in-person events are scheduled, you will coordinate the logistics, from room reservations and supply ordering to onsite technical setup and attendance tracking. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for learners and educators regarding educational logistics, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to certification.
