The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between educational strategy and execution within the clinical education team. This position is designed to ensure that educational activities are not only well-organized and compliant with regulatory agencies but also accessible and aligned with the broader clinical staff development goals of the organization.
In this role, you will apply technical expertise to support digital learning initiatives while utilizing hands-on organizational skills to manage the logistical complexities of in-person learning events. You will act as a central point of contact for learners, educators, and stakeholders, ensuring that the delivery of clinical education programs is seamless, efficient, and effective.
Your work will span both digital and physical environments. You will collaborate with system and ministry leaders to curate course assignments and vet new content, ensuring it meets accreditation and organizational standards. A significant portion of your day will involve managing the Learning Management System (LMS)—from troubleshooting user enrollment and tracking learner progress to generating compliance reports for leadership.
Beyond the digital realm, you will assist in the planning and coordination of in-person workshops and events. This includes preparing learning materials, managing rosters, and providing onsite or virtual support during training sessions. You will also handle the administrative backbone of the team, maintaining accurate records, coordinating vendor logistics, and contributing to process improvements that streamline clinical education operations.
Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who possess a collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical education environment.
CHRISTUS Health is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our team reflects the communities we serve.
