We are expanding our current services and seeking a Support Staff Specialist to join our care team within the Withdrawal Management and medical residential program at our new Buckley location. This position is pivotal to the operations of our Withdrawal Management Program, ensuring a safe and structured environment for residents.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between administrative logistics and direct client support. Your day will involve managing telephone reception, assisting with office tasks, and providing direct support to residents, including crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. You will also be responsible for collecting drug screening samples, monitoring facility rules such as curfews and bed checks, and transporting residents to scheduled appointments. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of substance use disorders and the ability to treat individuals from diverse backgrounds with respect and dignity.
