We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly trusted Chief of Staff to serve as a critical extension of our CEO and senior leadership team. This role operates at the vital intersection of strategy and execution, translating our vision into actionable results while enhancing organizational effectiveness.
In this capacity, you will partner directly with the CEO to define and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will ensure alignment across departments, manage the CEO's priorities to maximize impact, and act as a trusted advisor for high-stakes decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing complex operational needs with the agility required to advance key strategic goals.
