As a Receptionist and Administrative Support member, you will serve as the welcoming face of the Golisano Autism Center. Working closely with the Director and the administrative team, your primary focus is to ensure the smooth operation of the main lobby and tenant services. You will act as a vital link between the Center, its tenants, and the broader community, embodying the agency's philosophy in every interaction.
Your day will involve greeting visitors and employees with a courteous manner, managing incoming communications, and coordinating internal deliveries and mail. Beyond standard reception duties, you will play an active role in the Center's community outreach by assisting with resource fairs and informational presentations. You will also help maintain the physical environment by managing the lobby appearance, updating marketing materials, and supporting the onsite mutual aid food pantry. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently to develop efficient processes while adhering to strict confidentiality and safety protocols.
