The Director of Admissions serves as a strategic leader supporting the vision and management oversight for the University's recruitment and enrollment of new undergraduate students, including freshmen, transfers, and non-traditional audiences. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, you will guide market research, enrollment planning, and the development of comprehensive recruitment, marketing, and outreach strategies.
In this role, you will be accountable for achieving annual undergraduate enrollment goals through the oversight of recruitment and yield initiatives. You will represent the University to prospective students and families while leading the undergraduate admissions team. Your day-to-day involves managing daily operations, supervising staff and student interns, evaluating enrollment outcomes, and ensuring alignment of enrollment strategies with the University's institutional priorities and long-term growth objectives. You will also serve as the Designated School Official (PDSO) for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), managing compliance for international student admission.
