As a Wholesale Title Clerk, you will be the critical link in our accounting operations, managing the flow of tax and title documents from initiation to final DMV submission. Your day will involve verifying funds, preparing legal transfer documents, and coordinating with dealership personnel and accounting managers to ensure seamless title processing. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance by reconciling schedules, investigating outstanding issues, and assisting with DMV enforcement and floor plan audits.
