As a Wellness Team Supervisor at StoryPoint Fenton, you will serve as the bridge between our residents' needs and the dedicated care staff who support them. In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of care teams within our assisted living and memory care communities, ensuring that every resident receives personalized, high-quality care that honors their dignity and well-being.

You will conduct daily rounds to verify that care staff are performing assignments according to task sheets, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Beyond oversight, you are a coach and mentor, providing guidance to your team, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative environment where effective communication thrives. You will also manage operational logistics, including verifying staff hours, coordinating monthly schedules to ensure proper coverage, and assigning training to maintain our 1440 Care standards.
At StoryPoint, we are committed to the "1440 Experience"—a philosophy that emphasizes a positive work environment built on teamwork and support. As a supervisor, you play a pivotal role in upholding these values by coaching staff, facilitating new hire orientations, and ensuring that both residents and their families feel their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You will also participate in community functions, such as family socials and open houses, helping to build strong connections between our community and the families we serve.
