About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our brand new studio in San Jose, California. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-changing, diverse environment. You will spend approximately 70-80% of your time driving studio sales and memberships, while dedicating the remaining 20-30% to staff management and studio operations.

As the Wellness Sales Studio Manager, you will be the face of our new location. Your day will involve leading grassroots marketing and networking efforts to generate leads, implementing sales processes to schedule prospects into intro classes, and driving membership sales through business development. You will supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists, ensuring high-level customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio. Success in this role requires a passion for fitness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
