We are currently seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our beautiful, brand new studio in San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive membership sales via outside sales and business development
- check_circleSupervise sales representatives and flexologists
- check_circleCoordinate with vendors to ensure accurate retail inventory counts
- check_circleManage revenue streams including membership sales and retail
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- check_circleEnforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- check_circleSchedule and participate in networking and community events
- check_circleManage marketing campaigns to generate studio leads
- check_circleEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and literature are stocked
- check_circleLead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- check_circleImplement sales processes to schedule prospects into intro classes
- check_circleCollect outstanding dues and maintain studio financial records
Requirements
- verified2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
