About the Role

As a Studio Ambassador/Wellness Advisor, you will be the high-energy face of our studio, bridging the gap between our wellness mission and our community. This role exists to drive growth by assisting the Studio Manager with new membership sales, welcoming new members, and ensuring current members feel valued and retained.

You will be the first point of contact for prospects, managing the front desk, conducting facility tours, and establishing genuine relationships by targeting individual needs. Your day will involve generating leads, following up on prospects, and booking intro classes to convert interest into memberships. While fitness knowledge is preferred, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our club as a premier fitness and wellness provider. You will also participate in special community events, such as health fairs and marathons, to further our brand presence.
