As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for our existing customer base, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and fostering long-term loyalty. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth through the cultivation of successful client relationships.
You will act as the voice of the customer, identifying hurdles and working proactively to mitigate them. Your day-to-day involves managing the existing customer base, resolving conflicts with timely solutions, and providing post-sales support. Beyond maintenance, you will actively seek opportunities to expand our footprint by selling new X-Ray service contracts, Medical Supplies, and Ultrasound equipment, parts, and probes within your assigned territory.
Success in this position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will coordinate with service team members, manufacturer partners, and sales executives to advance opportunities and address complex customer needs. Additionally, you will maintain accurate account records in our CRM, track all engagements, and prepare weekly reports on sales calls, market trends, and competitive activity to guide management decisions.
