About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring energetic and sales-focused professionals to serve as brand ambassadors for Qunol and Zena Nutrition at the Eden Prairie Costco. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who love interacting with people and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. As a self-starter, you will represent our nutritional supplement brands, actively demonstrating the features and value of our new Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products to Costco members.
The Role in Action
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brands within the store. Your day involves approaching customers, engaging them in conversation, and presenting our products professionally and competently. You will work independently as the sole team member at your location, requiring the ability to manage your shift without direct supervision.
The role includes setting up and breaking down a 2' x 4' folding table (approx. 20 lbs) and transporting products and supplies between your car and the store. You will be expected to stand for approximately 7 hours while providing excellent customer service. Availability is required for regularly scheduled compliance calls with the team or regional manager.
Compensation & Schedule
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to supplement your income with competitive pay. Representatives are paid $24/hour plus commission based on surpassing sales quotas. Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers making over $500 daily. Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with all days available. Weekends are highlighted as the best days for commission earnings. We provide a promotional kit and pay bi-weekly via direct deposit as W-2 employees.
