About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring for our team at the Middleton Costco location. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to serve as a passionate brand ambassador for high-quality nutritional supplements, including Qunol and Zena products. Our mission is to build a highly motivated sales team dedicated to promoting the highest-rated health and nutritional products in the industry, such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric.

About the Role

As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand within the store. You will interact with Costco members to demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our products. This position is ideal for self-starters who are highly motivated by goals and love engaging with people. You will work independently as the sole team member at the location, representing the company competently and professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Schedule and Compensation

Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily, with weekends being the most active days for sales. You will receive credit for the entire day's sales even if you are scheduled for a shorter window, maximizing your earning potential. Compensation starts at $25 per hour plus bonuses based on surpassing sales quotas. Employees are W-2 staff receiving bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit, along with a promotional kit.
