With over 500 locations nationwide and immediate plans for expansion, StretchLab is rapidly growing its footprint. We are now seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our beautiful, brand new studio in Pleasanton, CA.
The Wellness Sales Studio Manager is the driving force behind our studio's success, primarily responsible for generating sales and memberships while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is a dynamic blend of 70-80% sales leadership and 20-30% staff management and facility oversight.
You will serve as a positive, motivating leader with a deep passion for health and fitness. Your day will involve leading grassroots marketing and networking efforts to drive membership sales, implementing sales processes to schedule prospects, and building strong relationships with vendors to manage studio retail inventory. Beyond sales, you will hire and train staff, supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists, and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. As the face of the studio, you will independently make high-level customer service decisions, resolve issues, and strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
