We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to become General Managers (aka The Mayor of Stretch Zone) and advance their careers in the fitness industry as certified stretch practitioners.

Who We Are
Stretch Zone provides clients with "Flex-ability for Life®" by using our proprietary stretching method and patented stabilization system. Our facilities offer a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment, allowing clients to relax and fully benefit from our methods. We use a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, delivering a life-changing stretch experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.
The Role
As a General Manager, you will lead a high-energy atmosphere while driving revenue and fostering a close-knit team environment. You will be responsible for managing and driving all revenue from membership sales, collaborating with the studio owner and sister studio, and ensuring the team operates with high ethical standards. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and anatomical expertise to help clients lead healthier lifestyles.
New hires must pass a two-week training period where they learn and test our modalities and operations. We offer paid in-house stretching certification and training, along with continuing education opportunities to support your growth.
Hiring Process

- Training: Selected candidates must complete a two-week training program, which includes availability for 1-2 weeks of out-of-town job training.
- Certification: Successfully test on our modalities and operations to become a certified stretch practitioner.
