About the Role
Led by the community's Health and Wellness Director (RN), the Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Brandywine Living - Fenwick provides direct nursing care to residents with a focus on holistic wellness. This role is essential for maintaining the highest degree of service and ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
In this position, you will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring all care aligns with current state regulations and community policies. You will also play a key role in training and monitoring medication administration while maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Conducting thorough resident assessments is a core part of your daily responsibilities as you lead and demonstrate the company's mission.
