About the Role

We are growing fast, and so can your career. We are currently hiring Welders to join our DuraClass team. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in their craft and are eager to contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, responsible for moving components, interpreting blueprints, and performing high-quality wire-feed welding on steel. Whether you are a recent graduate with a good attitude and basic skills or an experienced professional, your ability to produce efficient, high-quality parts while maintaining a clean workspace and strict safety mindset is vital to our success.

Hiring Process

Qualified applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment welding test and be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel. All other applications must be submitted online.
