The Compliance Review Specialist acts as a critical bridge between customer requirements and operational execution within the Aftermarket Service Center. Positioned within the Program Management Organization, this role ensures that all product repair requirements strictly adhere to customer purchase orders, contracts, and regulatory mandates. By blending technical compliance oversight with customer service excellence, the specialist ensures deliverables meet all quality and contractual standards while supporting the Customer Service Manager in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this position, you will serve as a secondary point of contact for customer accounts, providing transparent communication regarding repair receipt status. You will proactively identify Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities across Services and Spares portfolios, leveraging the compliance review process to propose strategic enhancements that drive business growth. The role also involves analyzing complex customer issues and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement systemic corrective actions.
You will utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to continuously improve compliance processes, participating in Kaizen events and process walks on the manufacturing floor. Additionally, you will interpret technical specifications and standards to ensure all work scopes align with FAA and military aerospace standards, while assisting in developing work scopes and supporting Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency requirements.
This is a full-time position operating on a Weekend Day Shift. The role requires acceptance into a 14 CFR Part 120 compliant FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, which includes random testing.

Associate's degree in Business or a Technical field. Previous experience with government contracting agencies, Airline/MRO procurement, or Aftermarket Repair Stations. Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office Products. Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Technical understanding of electronic components and BAE Systems product applications, including knowledge of Military and FAA standards.
