Production Planning Administrator

About the Role

As a Production Planning Administrator at Celestica, you will serve as a critical link between supply chain planning and manufacturing execution. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a complex environment where judgment and initiative are essential. You will operate with a high degree of independence, determining the best methods to resolve problems that often extend beyond standard departmental boundaries.

In this position, you will act as an expert resource for your assigned areas, providing functional guidance to peers and building relationships with both internal teams and external customers. Your work ensures that production lines run smoothly, customer commitments are met, and data integrity remains uncompromised. You will be the interface between planning and manufacturing, coordinating schedules, managing smaller planning projects like Field Replacement Units, and ensuring timely shipments.

About the Team

You will be joining the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team within the Americas region, specifically supporting the Planning & Inventory career stream. The team operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. You will collaborate closely with Associate Planners, manufacturing partners, and customers to maintain efficient operations and resolve complex scheduling challenges.
