This position serves as a pivotal leader within our Alachua operations, responsible for meeting production goals and overseeing critical functions such as inventory, forecasting, build plans, capacity analysis, and scheduling. You will manage daily production meetings, interpreting key metrics and drivers to drive strategic execution.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with support functions like planning, engineering, and quality to ensure product safety and on-time delivery. You will champion employee safety by ensuring timely investigations and audits, while also driving continuous improvement in efficiency, compliance, and waste reduction. Beyond operational oversight, you will play a key role in team development, managing employee selection, training, and engagement, and mentoring supervisors to foster a high-performing culture.
