About the Role

The Agent serves as a vital frontline representative of Pinkerton's core values. This role is designed to provide comprehensive protection and support, ranging from concierge-level security at company locations and events to residential security and investigative services. You will be the face of our commitment to safety, ensuring clients feel secure in their environments while managing complex situations with professionalism.

In this position, you will act as a first responder for emergency and crisis planning, handling high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, and threat monitoring. Your day-to-day activities involve de-escalating tense situations, securing residential perimeters, managing access controls, and monitoring CCTV systems. Whether conducting quality investigations, writing detailed incident reports, or transporting clients, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our clients' operations.
