About the Role

The Compliance Review Specialist acts as a critical bridge between customer requirements and operational execution within the Aftermarket Service Center. Situated within the Program Management Organization, this role ensures that all product repair requirements strictly adhere to customer purchase orders, contracts, and regulatory mandates. By blending technical compliance oversight with customer service excellence, the specialist ensures deliverables meet all quality and contractual standards while supporting the Customer Service Manager in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.

In this position, you will serve as a secondary point of contact for customer accounts, providing transparent communication regarding repair receipt status. You will proactively identify Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities across Services and Spares portfolios, leveraging the compliance review process to propose strategic enhancements that drive business growth. The role also involves analyzing complex customer issues and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement systemic corrective actions.

You will interpret technical specifications, standards, and component manufacturing manuals to ensure all work scopes align with FAA and military aerospace standards. Additionally, you will assist the Customer Service Manager in developing work scopes, facilitating customer account management, and supporting Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency requirements.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role must be accepted into a 14 CFR Part 120 compliant FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, which includes random testing. The selection process evaluates a candidate's ability to follow strict regulatory policies, solve complex problems, and coordinate effectively across internal teams and external customers.
